I thought Tim was very professional. My truck required several items - Oil change, Inspection, and 50,000 Maintenance. In the past this work had been completed before noon (if I brought a vehicle in by 8 several items - Oil change, Inspection, and 50,000 Maintenance. In the past this work had been completed before noon (if I brought a vehicle in by 8:30). On 5 March it wasn't done until 1:30 P.M. That may not have been excessive since I don't know what problems may have been found, but we have always taken a vehicle in and then done scheduled business and shopping and then picked the vehicle up. At noon Tim advised the vehicle would be finished about 2:00 P.M. Since my wife has COPD we decided it best go home and let her rest and then go back to pick up the truck when it was ready. The problem was - that entailed another 30 mile round trip. Otherwise I cannot find anything to which I could make a complaint. John Grant More

What can I say? I've been a loyal POMOCO customer for 35 years handling fleet cars for my job years ago, and all my personal cars and trucks. There has never been a time when I was disappointed with the service, prices, friendliness, or integrity displayed in my dealings with POMOCO. From sales people to service personnel, to service writers and people in the parts department, they have all become friends that seem like family. I've always been treated like family; fairly, with the service department always going the second mile to help me. I feel they care about me and want my car to work at its best because they know I depend on it, and on them. To demonstrate how much confidence I have in them, when I was responsible for having maintenance done on a foreign car, I took it to POMOCO for many of the things that needed to be done. After being associated with them, they will know you by your first name and you will know theirs. You may not know that they know your first name, because they always refer to their customers with the utmost respect, calling me Mister. I tell them that "mister" refers to my dad - I'm Carl. More
Engine blew in 2004 durango. 2 years later bolts for torque convertor loosened and 2 came out. car would not turn over. manager told me not their problem. president was rude and arrogant. they didn't wa torque convertor loosened and 2 came out. car would not turn over. manager told me not their problem. president was rude and arrogant. they didn't want to even look at the car. had fixed at another shop. they said the bolts were not torqued and lock tight installed. one of the bolts even had a lock washer on it. this was a poor installation. several mechanics from different shops told me this should had never happened.I will never let this dealer work on a car of mine again. More
