Customer service could use a little work on friendliness. Service didn't change out my oil change sticker or reset my computer and yesterday I got a reminder on dashboard to change oil soon - I was already changed or was it - seriously makes me wonder now!!!! I shouldn't feel like I have to personally watch to see if they change the oil or for that matter were those really my air filters or just decoys they use to upcharge a service?!?! Not impressed with this visit at all More

Made appt for two issues and specifically described both. Was told to go to the wrong location when the appt was confirmed. Had my vehicle most of the day and never called or texted when they were done, but they claimed they did. One issue (warranty work) was done well. More
