I have been dealing with Greenbrier Chrysler Jeep for decades I really enjoy working with them. The bill was not at all what I was shown on the scheduling, and I was even able to add a Jeep coupon, but it was $100 more. Free wiper blades, no, $44. And was charged extra for something else because it's a 392. If you ask me for my vehicle info and it comes up in the scheduling system when I schedule, you know it's a 392 so the prices should match. Also, don't say free when you are charging for labor and not include labor in the price. And it didn't take an hour to install the wiper blades because the oil change, tire rotation, CV joints, and wiper blades didn't take more than an hour. So charging me for all the hours of labor, made zero sense. More
