My Truck was overheating and I had a tire pressure sensor light on. I brought to this dealer to be checked. They replaced the radiator cap and turned the tire pressure warning light off and gave me my truck light on. I brought to this dealer to be checked. They replaced the radiator cap and turned the tire pressure warning light off and gave me my truck back and told me no problems were found and charged a 200 diagnostics fee for each inquiry. My truck overheated on my way home and the tire pressure sensor warning light came back on. I’m no mechanic. I YouTubed it said thermostat was bad. I replaced it myself car hasn’t overheated since. Maybe it’s because I’m black they didnt wanna fix my car. Maybe they just don’t know what they’re doing. But if I tell you my car is overheating, it is. I’ll never come back here again I could have blew my motor and they were no help. Maybe someone else has a better story but this is mine. More

When I came to the dealership for 3 recalls with my Ram 3500 / 2023. Brian has helped with my service in the past and he let me know when the parts came. The communication by the service team was poor. We put a down payment for tires and were told they would be in the next day. Finally, after 2 weeks we returned AGAIN and were told that the tires had been in for over a week and a half ago. The service team did not seem to care that we were inconvenienced at all. More
