Wait for 2 hours for a scheduled inspection I was my persons only appointment and after an hour she gave me a status update on inspection. I asked her an hour later what is taking so long and s I was my persons only appointment and after an hour she gave me a status update on inspection. I asked her an hour later what is taking so long and she said she forgot I was still waiting. I don't think getting free oil changes will get me to come back. Bad customer service. More
