HUGE shout out to Brian in the service department. Only a few days before an out of state move, the latch motor on our convertible top died causing the top to not be able to open, or secure properly when clo few days before an out of state move, the latch motor on our convertible top died causing the top to not be able to open, or secure properly when closed., making the car undriveable. Due to the pandemic, the part is not currently available at any dealership in the country. Although Brian was leaving at noon for a few days off, he continually called us throughout the morning to keep us updated. At 11:45, Brian texted and provided us the part number we needed, assuring us that if we could find the part, they would install it for us. With the help of the internet, we were able to have the part shipped overnight and get the top operational. Brian went above and beyond to help us with this and made us happy that we had been Southern customers for 20 years. They have been our dealership of choice in Hampton Roads and we will miss dealing with them. More

I took my jeep in for an oil change rotate my tires and repair my leaking spare tire. I waited almost 4 hours was told my jeep was ready. The only thing they did was the oil change nothing else was done w repair my leaking spare tire. I waited almost 4 hours was told my jeep was ready. The only thing they did was the oil change nothing else was done within the 4 hour wait. I walked around the service garage to see the person suppose to be working on my jeep was just walking back and forth texting on his phone for 20 twenty minutes. I went to desk to ask what the xxxx is going on your guy is doing nothing but texting on his phone.20 minutes later they tell me my jeep is ready to find out they never rotated the tires and never even checked my leaking spare tire. the place is a disaster. Had to go back there again for warranty service repair for which they have no parts in stock. waited 3 weeks and decide to call around to see if any other dealers had the part in stock. the part was for the Air conditioning. the hottest time of the year and no A/C. so I find out the part was in a week and never got a call or notified the part was in. So I had to call ask why I had to research myself to find out my part has been in for over a week and why I was never notified. Of course no answer. More

Always quick to take your money but never gives you a rental when your bought a 55k vehicle with only 33k miles piece of crap. It’s leaf myself and children stranded 3 times because the battery keeps draining when no lights or anything left on. we purchased what we thought was a high end reputable van to keep me and my children safe and it has done anything but that. So my husband had to Uber back and forth to and from Chrysler because of this mess, no offer of reimbursement or explanation as to why both batteries were dead. No care from anyone that myself and 3 children including a newborn where stranded, could have had an emergency and no way to get anywhere. This is the worst dealership, lemon cars, and not family friendly at all More

When my tuck blew the water pump, I was cool as a cucumber. I just had it towed to the dealership knowing they would fix it. They did and my truck is fine.
