The level of incompetance from the service writer, service technician & the service director was almost uncomprehensible. It took the best part of two days to complete a state inspection in which the service technician & the service director was almost uncomprehensible. It took the best part of two days to complete a state inspection in which the brake system was deemed unpassable after numerous hours of frustration and the installation of a master cylinder (which wasn't the problem) the cause was determined by the customer (me) to be the height adjustment for the brake & accelerator pedals. This was articulated to the service director who mantained that the pedal still went to the floor even though thru obvious measurement was not true, with an excess of 6 inches before the floor ws even realized. The amount of deception and flat out lying was unaccepatble. This dealership needs to reevaluate the individuals they employ and retraining is needed. When a mistake is made honesty is the best cure which this dealership does not abide by apparently. If the ownership of this dealership where aware of the deception and lying that is abundant within the service department they would definately take some type of action. I understand they are going to make a profit, however, to do so with lies and deception is a disgrace to the community in which they make a living. More
This place is a joke! I dropped my Jeep off yesterday to have the starter replaced. I told Evan I needed back by 2:pm, Well I called up their to make sure it was ready. I was told the jeep was on hold becau have the starter replaced. I told Evan I needed back by 2:pm, Well I called up their to make sure it was ready. I was told the jeep was on hold because it needed a water pump! I asked him why hasn't we called. His comment was that we tried but couldn't get a hold of anyone. So he told me the number he called which was wrong once again. I've been bring this jeep up their for over a year. Long story short, After blowing up at Becky and a few others for poor work. My Wife called and talked with someone about it. They told her the part wouldn't be in till friday? So when I told them I Needed a starter before i dropped it off wouldn't they at least look to see if they have the part? This is a joke! I now was told that I have to have a 4dw fuild flush. I wonder if this will take another week? I told them I wanted someone to call me first thing this morning, Well it's 8:45 am and nothing. I will be sending a bill to you for my time (Which is $75.00 an hour) and you've wasted 12 Hours so far, and the clock is still ticking! More
We have brought our vehicle to be serviced here on multiple occasions, and everytime we have problems. The staff has treated us like we are morons, we have been accused of making up the problem becaus multiple occasions, and everytime we have problems. The staff has treated us like we are morons, we have been accused of making up the problem because they can't duplicate it, and they have even lied to us about the status of parts that they were supposed to order and never did. If you need a rental vehicle while your repairs are being done, don't plan on getting one from here. On two seperate occasions we have been told they were out of rental verhicle at 9 in the morning. On one occasion, the mechanic broke the handle off our shifter and didn't bother to say anything about it. Then as we were leaving the dealership, I went to shift gears, and the handle came off in my hand leaving me with no way to shift in the middle of 5 lanes of traffic. When we went back, the mechanic admitted he broke it and they shoved a piece of paper between the rod and the handle to make due until they could get a new part. When they replaced our transmission, they didn't do the seals right, so we had to take it back because it leaked. The staff has even admitted to us that warranty work gets put on the back burner because they don't get as much money for it! Are you kidding me, so my car isn't as important as anyone elses just because you aren't getting paid more for it! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will not be bringing my vehicle back. More
