My vehicle was towed to Southern Dodge Ram of Greenbrier on July 14th where it was in their possession until 9/11/21 to make repairs after it was stolen. There was constant lack of communication on part of the service department. Calls and emails were frequently unanswered. We were advised that during a test drive they noticed the vehicle stopped accelerating & would need to correct this and once done our vehicle would be ready. We picked up the vehicle on 9/11/21 and on the evening of 9/14/21 my teenage son broke down in the middle of a fast food restaurant drive thru when the vehicle failed to accelerate or go in neutral. This is just a portion of the horrendous service we received from this dealership's service department. There should be a call to action for their lack of ability to perform essential job functions and the danger my son was placed in driving an ill-repaired vehicle that resulted in over $2400 being paid to them for service surely not completed competently. More
