Terrible experience. Brought my truck in for its first service and it took 4 hours in the “express lane” to do an oil change and rotate tires. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. I could understand an hou service and it took 4 hours in the “express lane” to do an oil change and rotate tires. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. I could understand an hour or so but 4 is ridiculous. I was late getting my daughter off of the bus because of this and had to get someone else to go to my house instead and after I got home I realized 3 out of 4 of my hubcaps were missing. I brought the truck back in and was told they were going to put them on and waited over an hour for them to tell me they didn’t have them and would have to order them. This could have been easily communicated over the phone instead of wasting more of my time. Now I have to go back a third time and likely waste another half of a day for them to install hub caps that should take a few minutes. I brought my truck here so they would adhere to their “lifetime warranty” but I suspect that is probably just as unreliable as this service department More
The service was terrible. I bought a Chrysler warranty from you and paid almost $3000 for it a couple years back. I brought it in because the engine light was on. You said it was the transmission and I ha from you and paid almost $3000 for it a couple years back. I brought it in because the engine light was on. You said it was the transmission and I had to take it to Dodge at Greenbrier. I took it to them they said it would be $5400 for the transmission but the warranty would not cover it until I paid $1100 and had the transmission broke down. Then an inspector would take pictures of it and decide if you were telling me the truth about the transmission. You told me it would take five weeks to even get a transmission in and I would have to promise to pay for it if the warranty didn’t cover it. In this case I would have to pay another $1100 to have it put back together going to drive it until the new transmission came in. The van drives the same . Then you offered to sell me another car and to give me $5000 for trade-in. At this point you up the price of the sticker window $5000 and that’s what you said I would have to pay above what it is posted online and in the windows. At this point I’m not sure what I will do. I got in the car to drive it home to think about it and guess what the Engine light is off so when I called the next day to ask the technician what happened he said well they maybe what they did fixed it. I feel very upset that she would treat a customer that has been with you long time like this. I have never been treated so poorly and playing to talk to the Better Business Bureau maybe More
Poor communication. I sat for 2 hours waiting for an oil change, only to find out they didn’t have the oil and had been waiting on a courier. The manager apologized and offered a free alignment.
