The service department staff was both courteous and helpful in making my visit without a doubt the BEST I have ever experienced in dealing with any car service during my 46 years of driving. Franco and Joe attention was above and beyond my expectations and showing me what Exceptional Customer Service. I felt like they were really concerned for getting my vehicle repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. In closing I would like to say that prior to this service visit, I was thinking of no longer servicing or purchasing another Chrysler product, after being a Loyal Chrysler Owner for more than 30 years but they changed my negative opinion and I plan to continue using Southern Greenbrier Servicing and purchasing Chrysler/Jeep products. Excellent I got to the dealership about five minutes after closing time and went to the wrong department. Then had to make my way to the correct bay about ten m I got to the dealership about five minutes after closing time and went to the wrong department. Then had to make my way to the correct bay about ten minutes after closing time but the gentleman who serviced my car was gracious enough to still work on my car even after the closing time. For that I'm grateful because I needed an oil change that day. My oil change light had been on, that was the second day and the next time I would've had time to go in for an oil change would've been the coming Saturday which was about three or more days away. He also discussed my wiper blade and floor mats with me. I was a very pleased customer driving out of your doors because of him. Thank you very much. Tamimu Thomas More

Brake lights on tow hitch. Called day before at 4:30pm asking about towing hitch lights connection. Lady said the mechanics mostly went home so even though site says open to 9pm, noone could help me, but just walk in before 10am and someone would look at it asap.. I can in at 9am and was told that i had to come back because they were busy and couldnt help. Came back at 2pm and waited over an hour with no feedback. When i asked guys behind desk were very defensive and telling me i have to wait... Last visit i waited 6+ hours and was not about to do this again. 45min later they called me and said it was fixed. Not overly friendly or customer orientated.. More

Great customer service! My service advisor Lamont is awesome. He always greets me with a smile and makes sure I have a ride to work or home. I walked out to my vechile and noticed the service tech looking at my car and he showed me the problem. He really gave me confidence that he was handling the situation. He ordered my vechile parts the first service. I brought my car in the following week and to my surprise my vechile was repaired and ready to go a bit after 1 pm. More
