Good, but could add a few things Very friendly service center. They were very fast to get me checked in and to get my Jeep going on its service. I had forgotten a bag in the back, so the service rep walked me out to get it. The technician was already going to test drive it to explore my issue. They ended up not finding anything, which I wasn't totally happy about as I still believe there is an issue as many on the Jeep forums are experiencing the sam things I am. The only thing I wish this service department did that I have seen others do is wash and vacuum the vehicle. My wife's Toyota gets that treatment every time we take it in. I've even had service centers top off my gas tank as well.. I think adding some small things like this on would really add to the customer service experience. More

Better late than never. Came for a check engine light. Service writer was helpful and friendly. Said it would be a hour or so. Vehicle problem was identified in that time.
