Overall poor experience Received notice for 2 recalls, called 4 times in 1 week to schedule appointment, always went to voicemail, left through voicemails and never received Received notice for 2 recalls, called 4 times in 1 week to schedule appointment, always went to voicemail, left through voicemails and never received call back. On 5th time calling I was finally able to speak to someone, parts needed ordered and I would receive a notice when they came in. I received a notice and was able to make an appt. Took to shop for recalls and state inspection AFTER the recalls were fixed as it wouldn't pass without the recalls being fixed. I left it there for the day and got a call saying on of the parts wouldn't be delivered till the next day. So I left it overnight to be fixed in the morning. Did not receive any call in the morning notifying me of progress. Started calling them around noon and didnt get to speak to anyone AGAIN. Four calls and 2 hours later someone answered and told me she would check with the technician and call me right back, an hour later no call back. I call to check and at that time was finally told the part they were waiting on wouldn't be there till Tuesday as it wasnt on the truck that morning. That I could pick it up then. Not okay, we scheduled other work to be done the following day. We picked it up and I was told i would recieve a rejected state inspection because the recall wasnt fixed. They already ripped the current inspection sticker off when that wasnt suppose to be done until last so I had to pay for a bogus inspection. Will be calling another dealer for the second recall, who cares if its farther away. Three people in front of us during check out were having a very poor time too. More

Taken advantage of or you need a new technician. Several weeks ago both my FOB controllers to my car stopped working as far as the door buttons, panic button, and unlock and lock. They did work in t Several weeks ago both my FOB controllers to my car stopped working as far as the door buttons, panic button, and unlock and lock. They did work in the ignition and new batteries were put both FOBs but still did not work, so I was having to open the door with the door key. I checked with my main mechanic and another master Chrysler mechanic friend, and the both said I just needed to have the dealer reprogram the FOB and/or car as the radio frequency was lost to the buttons that weren't functioning, and the ignition was on a separate frequency. Unfortunately, I lost one of the FOB controllers. This week my van upon starting went into alarm mode and the horn and hazard lights went off. Since the panic button on the FOB wasn't working, I had to disconnect the battery terminal to shut the horn off. I again checked with my mechanic friends to manually turn off the alarm system, but the process as detailed in the Chrysler service bulletins did not work, so I had the van towed to this dealer since the dealer I bought the van from had no service openings. Even the tow truck operator tried to manually turn the horn off, but without luck as he said he could usually do it. Apparently when the service tech started the van, the horn was no longer blowing and tried to reproduce what happened. I was told my FOB was bad and needed a new one. I specifically asked if the old FOB could be reprogrammed and was told NO, contradicting what other mechanics had told me. I asked the dealer to match the price of a local locksmith that could make one and they said no, meaning I had to pay almost double the cost to the dealer. I then asked for my old FOB to be returned and was questioned as to why since it would not work once the new controller was programmed to the car. I wanted it back for the door key since I knew they were $75 to have new ones made. After I picked up my car and got home, just for kicks and giggles, I tried the old FOB. Amazingly, it worked perfectly. So my question to this dealer is, did you take advantage of a female senior citizen thinking I wouldn't try the old FOB, or is your technician needing some additional classes regarding programming FOBs and resolving issues. What is really funny is that when my daughter was dropping me off, I had come to this dealer looking for the van I bought elsewhere. I told her of the poor customer service I received when trying to purchase a $30K van then, and now to have this happen, you can be assured I'll be using the Chrysler dealer where I purchased the van from. I'm certainly glad that I did try the old FOB before just keeping the key and throwing the main body away. More
Bring in early for oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hrs lat I brought my car in early. I went to McDonald's and waited for a call. It took so long I said let me see what's happening with my car. Get back car st I brought my car in early. I went to McDonald's and waited for a call. It took so long I said let me see what's happening with my car. Get back car still in rack. Well, Patrick said the new guy broke one of my studs off. He said he was fixing it then. Well I drove it back home and noticed a vibration. I CALLED BACK and he was gone for the day. So, I CALLED the next morning and left a message. I also emailed him and got no response. I agreed not to receive a receipt. I talked with a young later about her experience with another dealer in Hampton not receiving a receipt. She ended up paying elsewhere to get her car prepared. I thought, "Is that what I have to look forward to?" I sent asking him to recheck my other drums to make sure the studs were not cracked or one broken. They have a torque value of 100ftlbs. Impact guns exceed that value at full blast. Page 406 of the manual. More
