atrocious I took my new car in for its first oil change and a safety recall. I was told the service should take 2 hours as I was waiting in the lounge. ((I live nearly 3 hours from the dealership)) After 3 hours I asked my service advisor how much longer and he said they were completing a radio update, it would be another 20 minutes maximum. Another hour later, the service advisor informs me that I would be getting a rental car; that my radio was destroyed during the update. Needless to say I was distraught but drove home and after multiple calls to the dealership and zero returned calls, my husband gets a call that my car is ready ELEVEN DAYS LATER. More

Inconsistant Inspection and lousy workmanship I have had my Chrysler 300C State inspected at Greenbrier since 2007. Three Years ago I replaced all of the Rear Signal Incandescent Bulbs with appro I have had my Chrysler 300C State inspected at Greenbrier since 2007. Three Years ago I replaced all of the Rear Signal Incandescent Bulbs with approved LED Bulbs and it passed their State inspection in 2016 and 2017 but was rejected in 2018. I was not only embarrased but I had to make a return trip to my home to reinstall the incandescent Bulbs or payover $145.00 to have them replace them. Why cannot a business have a consistant and uniform operation. Not only that but the State Inspection Mechanic Installed the Rejection Sticker as well as the Final Inspection Sticker crooked and left most of the old Glue in the lower inside center of the Windshield! Also, on the first round, I went to the Cashiers window three (3) times and ask for mypaperwork after I was told by the Service writer that it was ready. on the return trip, everything went much smoother excep for the crooked Inspection Sticker! One last word, someone of authority needs to get a replacement TV of the Customers waiting room and at least provide a daily Newspaper for their use. More
