Kevin Jones was outstanding to work with in all facets of our purchase where we dealt directly with him. The only reason I'm conflicted about overall customer service was due to the fact that we were made to our purchase where we dealt directly with him. The only reason I'm conflicted about overall customer service was due to the fact that we were made to wait 5 hours to complete our purchase, and then still had to come back the next morning to finalize it. Given the fact that we were literally the first people to arrive at the dealership when it opened on 11/10, makes this unacceptable. Whoever caused the delay gets a "very bad". We have excellent credit, so there was no delay that can be blamed on us as the customers. Again Kevin gets an outstanding for his customer service, but the finance people or whoever caused us to wait, do not. Since there is no separate way to rate the dealership apart from our salesman, I felt the need to clarify. Regarding price, we felt only a $500 discount for Veterans Day was quite disappointing. We did in fact trade in a vehicle that is in very good condition plus gave a cash down payment, so we expected a better discount. More

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Caravan and traded in a 2007 Dodge Dakota at the NFCU tent sale outside of Oceana. The saleman that helped me was Andrew Dohm. He did an excellent job with the whole sales process. since the vehicle I purchased had not been detailed yet I took it to the dealer to be detailed. That is the only complaint I have. The detailing job totally unacceptable. the was still trash,dirt, and food left in the glove box and drink holder. The interior did not look like it had been vacuumed at all. Andrew made sure I kept the loaner car until the job was done properly. Andrew handled everything professionally and made sure the detailing was done right the second time. More

I decided to take a trip to look at what they had from the OBX of NC when someone ran into the back of me not more than 1 mile from the dealership totalling my car. They (specifically Stacy Gregg) picked me up from the crash site, took me back to the dealership, showed me the range of cars in the field I was looking for and offered to drop me home (2 hours away in NC!). Now that is service! I went back 2 days later (again, offering to pick me up all the way from the OBX) and bought a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. I could not be happier. The car is great but no need to pop the champagne to celebrate, a Walmart shopper decided they would christen my beautiful new car with the white paint off their door on the way home after purchasing the vehicle (how considerate!?).
