Worth the wait!!! I had a major engine issue with my grand Cherokee SRT that was originally purchased from Carmax. I had the warranty work completed at this dealership because that is where I always come for service. My vehicle was out of commission for over 30 days but Berna was awesome! She kept me informed every step of the way and ensured I was only responsible for the deductible! This location will always be my first choice and Berna is my favorite!
