Avoid Dave Jensen! While our salesman, Anthony, was pleasant and helpful, the "New/Pre-Owned Manager" Dave Jensen was just plain obnoxious to deal with. Please keep i While our salesman, Anthony, was pleasant and helpful, the "New/Pre-Owned Manager" Dave Jensen was just plain obnoxious to deal with. Please keep in mind through this whole thing, we knew exactly what car we wanted, only spent 10 minutes on a test drive, were agreeable to the listed price, had been pre-approved for financing elsewhere. All things that we did on our last vehicle purchase elsewhere, and only spent around 45 minutes, start to finish, to leave with my wife's car. The adventure with Hall took around 4 hours. After the test drive, once we came inside and were given an offer, we got to deal with an angry, agitated Dave. Among other things, he claimed the "internet price" was an error, even though it was on every site listing the car, including their own, and I had even e-mailed him about it. At one point, he told us he had just gotten done yelling at the person responsible for the internet pricing and was getting it changed immediately. For our amusement, we looked it up while we waited, and the next day as well, and needless to say it never changed. Next up was the "Certified Pre-Owned" debacle. Despite this being advertised as "Certified Pre-Owned" all over every ad for the vehicle, when we received our first offer from Dave, there was a charge for around $1500 (maybe more) for being Certified, in addition to the price advertised. He claimed it was "Certifiable", but the extra would cover it being officially "Certified". He got very aggressive once we refused to pay even $695 extra, and threatened to get rid of the Certification if we weren't going to pay additional for it. Not sure how you un-Certify a car. Dave didn't seem to have any qualms about the apparent false advertising involved, in fact, he just got more belligerent when we pointed out we had driven over an hour to see the car, partly because it was "Certified". The fee was eventually taken off, but not until Dave had been disagreeable enough to make us seriously consider leaving. The offer we eventually received had the fee taken off, but just to endear himself, he also took off a couple of extras that were on the previous offers. He also was offended that we mentioned the car had been on the lot for three months, and got red-faced as he hotly denied any such thing. I got confirmation from another employee that the carfax was correct and the vehicle had indeed been there that long. Please keep in mind, we were only asking for the listed price, and it took all this to even get an offer for the listed price despite his original e-mail telling me "The price online is an extremely aggressive price and thousands below retail. Not to say I would let a serious customer ever leave over a few hundred dollars." Perhaps it's because we didn't actually threaten to leave? There were a few other things we had to listen to Dave argue with us about, but those are the major ones. Overall, I can understand that might be his "aggressive sales style", but working in guest service myself, I was frankly stunned by how rude and off-putting Dave was to people there to try to do business with him. I would never recommend anyone else to have to deal with Dave. Take your business somewhere where you won't be mistreated by a person you're trying to give money to. Once Dave left the building, claiming he had to go home to his wife and get a beer to relax (good luck), the financing department took over. We had already acquired our own financing before we got to the dealership, but they were insistent they could beat our (very low) interest rate. I then made the mistake of saying "Sure, if you can beat it...why not?" We then spent around two hours sitting around, with Anthony entertaining us occasionally, before we even got into the financing office where Mike (who at least was friendly) told us he couldn't seem to match our interest rate so we'd probably want to use the credit union we had already been approved through. By the way, if anyone would like to buy $199 front floor mats, they offer them. More

He took very good care of us! we had been in the market to purchase a Ram 1500 for a few weeks with no success as other dealerships we visited did not give us the comfort and ease we look for when making such a large purchase and could not have asked for a better group of professionals to do business with. We were very impressed with the initial pricing they had listed for their vehicles and even more impressed with how well they worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. We live near Churchland and would check out the Challengers as we passed the Hall dealership. When my husband was ready to get me my Challenger in June (he is the great procrastinater) we knew it was going to be a challenge to get "my" Challenger. We went to Hall thinking we would have to order the car from the assembly plant in Ontario. Wow were we wrong! When we arrived at Hall we were not immediately pounced on which was very nice. Adam came to us and introduced himself with a warming smile. I told Adam exactly what I wanted in my Challenger and he listened! We worked with Adam and Bill to find my special car. They found my car in Peru, Illinois. They were very prompt and kept us informed on the progress of obtaining my car. It took them less than a week to get my special car and she is gorgeous. Adam was sure to have my car pristine and even decorated her with balloons! The great folks at Hall made our experience a very pleasant and personal.
