Southern did a great Job repairing my transmission issue I have had since I purchased it from Duke automotive. Even upon purchase, I tried to take it back to Duke automotive and have them repair it and the I have had since I purchased it from Duke automotive. Even upon purchase, I tried to take it back to Duke automotive and have them repair it and the service manager told me they did not have the manpower. Fortunately, Southern was able to take care of it and correct the issue. I’ll be utilizing Southern for my future purchases so that I know that they can handle any repair that may come up as well as any in-depth mechanical issue. I may need taken care of in the future. Paid $450 for diagnostics and received poor information. ABS and stabilitrak lights were on with no electric power steering. Was told to replace battery to fix issue with power steering when battery tested ABS and stabilitrak lights were on with no electric power steering. Was told to replace battery to fix issue with power steering when battery tested 100% good. Wasted $200 on a battery anyways, and of course did not fix my issue. Wheel speed sensor was the issue all along, but was told it was not connected to power steering issue. Your dealership wanted $1000 to replace the wheel hub assembly. I did it myself for $150 and it fixed all of my issues. “Master service technician” needs more training and education. More
