I think Southern Chevrolet is very organized and conscientious. When I arrived, I was greeted at my car door by name which surprised me. Stephen Harvell explained the process to me, and when asked about an additional service that would require attention, he assured me it could wait until my next visit without endangering the operation of my vehicle. My appointment was not in the computer when I arrived. Apparently booking on the app or the website does not sync with their system. I was advised to call to schedule.
