My service advisor was Marty. And I didn’t hear from him until a week and 3 days after dropping my vehicle off on a Friday. I was told on that next Monday by another advisor Nancy And I didn’t hear from him until a week and 3 days after dropping my vehicle off on a Friday. I was told on that next Monday by another advisor Nancy that he was out sick. Nancy told me I needed a radiator amongst other things like hoses ignition coils pans and flushes. She told me she didn’t know if my head gasket was blown until after a pressure test. But a pressure test couldn’t be done until the radiator related work was done. I authorized it and Nancy told me parts should get there by weeks end. Weekend came and went with no update from either advisor. Now on the second Monday and Nancy tells me Marty is off that day and that no work was done. When I heard from Marty that Tuesday he seemed uninterested unengaged and unprofessional. He spoke in a tone that had me upset. But bottom line is he says they won’t repair the radiator now all of a sudden. Because he claims it may lead to more work needing to be done. After several back and forth calls I asked to speak to Todd (or Tom) the service director. I couldn’t understand which name he gave. Spoke to him the next day and he basically said the same thing. I had my vehicle towed. I gave this 1 star rating because my advisor Marty was unprofessional, insensitive and rude. And because my vehicle was not fixed More
