Had a scheduled appointment for Saturday, vehicle wasn't even looked at until Tuesday. Then was told twice that it had been inspected, but because it was so busy he didn't have time to go over it. But I was even looked at until Tuesday. Then was told twice that it had been inspected, but because it was so busy he didn't have time to go over it. But I was the next ticket and he would call back in 10 min. An hour later called again and was told the same thing. When he finally called back I Was told that the best tech was on it, based on the fault code that the engine had to be taken apart to inspect the timing chain. Even though there were no other symptoms other than the fault code. Based on the mileage, no loss of power or fuel efficiency, no issues starting, no unusual noises and they want to rip the engine apart... Troubleshooting 101, if there is no evidence of any other issues, start with the simplest most obvious thing first. It not the first time I've felt like I was being scammed by this service department. Never going back here again. More

The seasoned crew of customer service advisors continue to struggle mightily with slow computers and spotty phones that may or may not receive your calls. Appointment was for 0930, wasn’t pulled into shop until 1100. 2 service advisors with a long line of people checking in. 10 cars were there at opening, dropped off the night before, that backed them up. I would think that those cars dropped off without an appointment would be parked after check in until there was an opening for them. This is the second time (out of two times I’ve been there for service) that this has happened. Your service team overbooks appointments. I will not be coming back there for service. Two hours for an oil change is unacceptable. On the positive, your service advisors were nice but obviously embarrassed that they were the ones that looked like it was their fault. More
