I was not told how much it was going to cost JUST to have them look at something, MIND YOU I JUST bought this car and was told it was a bumper to bumper extended warranty. If I would have known it was going them look at something, MIND YOU I JUST bought this car and was told it was a bumper to bumper extended warranty. If I would have known it was going to cost $160 I would HAVE NOT EVEN bothered having them look at it…. Need to be telling people these things especially when I’m paying EXTRAAAA for a bumper to bumper warranty. I am NOT happy with this dealership right now. More

Its hard to get a hold of anyone here. They only identified 1 of my check engine light issues and I waited 10 days for the part (they never called back to let me know the part was in. Pa They only identified 1 of my check engine light issues and I waited 10 days for the part (they never called back to let me know the part was in. Part was replaced, then they identified a 2nd part to be replaced under warranty. Now I’m waiting another 10 days for the part. Just frustrating. More
