Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and recall fix. And I had an appt. My first 2 oil changes without an appt. were two hour waits. I was told during the purchase of the vehicle the oil change is due every 7500 miles or 6 months whichever happens first. The sticker placed in my vehicle after 1st oil change did not reflect 6 months or 7500 miles. It reflected less than 5 months and 5000 miles. When asked about the math not mathing. I was told it really should be based on the oil life vehicle provides. When I asked if that would void out warranty if over 6 months/7500 miles, I wasn't provided a straight answer. The new sticker placed in my vehicle during 2nd oil change did not provide a date but again only reflected 4,999 miles. I just believe there should be precise information especially when it comes to a warranty potentially being voided out because of incorrect or varying information. More
