They got my recall done quickly but they were not family friendly. I had my baby and stroller with me. The only access to the lounge was via steps. The gentlemen checking me in joked with his coworker about not wanting to help me up the stairs with my stroller. I tried to do it myself but I have a back injury so eventually he helped. There were no toys or kids tv in the “kids room”. The baby changing table was crammed in a corner in the bathroom right between a stall door and sinks. The buckle was broken. And then I had to get help again getting my stroller down the stairs when it was time to leave. More
