Service to the Rescue Today we went to pick up a part for our Camaro for slight upgrade that Rudy had ordered for us. After paying and heading out to our next stop we noti Today we went to pick up a part for our Camaro for slight upgrade that Rudy had ordered for us. After paying and heading out to our next stop we noticed the tired pressure going down fast in the Camaro. We came right back to the service department and even though their guys were slammed with work, Steve was able to get our car thrown into mix since there was only 5 PSI left on the runflat when we pulled into the bay. Turned out a screw punched a hole too close to the side wall. Ally was able to find the tired we needed in Norfolk and had someone run and get it. The service department really saved the day for us. Steve even made sure we were taking home so we could get our truck while the Camaro was awaiting it's tire. THANK YOU so much for being like a second family for us today and every time we see you guys. More

One thing that wasn't done was very important thing related to steering wheel, the advisor told me that he doesn't have enough technicians and I should take it to a different chevy dealer. If they didn't had enough technicians why did they set up the appointment at first place? Also, when you get courtesy car wash they leave scratches on your car. This dealership has changed a lot and is NOT recommended. More

RIP OFF THEY CHARGED ME WHAT EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERED After purchasing a 2010 Chevy traverse what I thought was a dependable SUV to take my daughter back and fourth to Cleveland Clinic she has a rare kidn After purchasing a 2010 Chevy traverse what I thought was a dependable SUV to take my daughter back and fourth to Cleveland Clinic she has a rare kidney disease I was faced with GM service dept that treated me awful and several factory recalls throughout the past few years. I contacted Hall Chev and did some air time for them on a show ON BEACH 104 I gave them shout outs and praised them thinking they were gonna fix my car right . WRONG I went through several months of 2 hour trips back and fourth and arguing with Donnie Wilson about my seized struts and other issue now to learn that CNA my extended- warranty company paid them for work done on my car and so did I. When I was in service dept on Aug 25 2015 and found my car still not fixed and had to be replaced in rental again while my sick child left outside to stand in heat. Hall Chevy somehow lost my orginal service receipts and denies they over charged me . But they could not deny My car still not fixed and in fact I have original receipts that I paid dealership and CNA paid dealership. THEY DENY IT but power in proof and paper work I just want my car fixed right and my money back My child is fighting for her life I cant afford to be ripped off Good thing I do work for a lawyer. More

I know everyone has a bad day, but when I am paying $2300 i expect a friendly cashier, she didnt smile she just looked at me till I gave her my name, took my money and say you good to go. I said where the keys, she looked at me and said i dont have them. Then i said I cant dive it home with out them. She said you can talk to them over there they can find out. Would it had hurt her to pick up the phone. I will take it somewhere else next time, I at lease get a thank you for my $2300 from them. More
I own a 09 impala that i bought new from a Chevy dealership in Norfolk. The engine light came on and instead of driving all the way over to Norfolk we took it to Hall. Wow, What service. I rec'ed a post card in the mail dated 5-04-2010 for an SI Service, hrs read Monday-Friday 730am-900pm.The service hrs closed @ 7pm?? I thought, Wow! the USPS is slow.I called 3hrs later to ask for the mech's name who failed my inspection for"101138 water intrusion" on the right fr parking lamp.The lamp was still working. Last year and its documented it was in the same condition the lamp was still working and the truck passed inspec, but this time the SI noticed a water line, the lamp was still working but it failed. OK, it might have blown a fuse in the futher but thats NO reason to fail a SI. Hall seems to DISTANCE there selves from what ever the SI opinion is. but if it brings more resources to GMC then Hall looks good. Idid not see the SI's name on my 161$$$ invioce but this # keeps coming up 1144ISP,1144CCR. I personely observerd the SI walk to the vending mach to brack with my vec in the stall.(once) Please brack IN BETWEEN vec our do not let the customers witeness. So now let me ID my self My name is Mark Austin my work phone is 757-393-7153 I fialed a state inspection because of "101138 water intrusion" and the the lamp was still operational.
