Rejected my truck which I’ve had new since 08. Tires were to big which have been on that truck for 15 years, three sets of the same, all of which passed. The previous inspector from last year told me they would not pass the following year due to dry condition. I replaced prior to this visit and the result was unexpected, unreasonable and less than professional. Dealer would not give an inch. Total unprofessional in all aspects. I love my truck but will NEVER or will NEVER encourage my family and friends to buy again. Poor is the lowest rating provided. My experience was much less than poor. Steve was NO help. If someone with any pride in service would like to discuss and provide the rational for this horrible experience I am available. 757 615 6868. More

I got a text message that said if you couldn't give5 stars to reach out to the service manager. The text didn't provide a name or contact information. I was offered the lane manager or the person who was sending the texts to talk to but said i would wait for the service manager since that's what the text said. i guess i'll be waiting a lot longer. This is shorter than the almost two years i've been waiting for him to call me back about service to my 1949 Chevrolet 3100. I knew i should have passed on the dealership. It takes no time to buy a car. it's the service department that you have to rely on over the life of it. More
