Upon arriving at Hall Chevrolet Western Branch we met Nicklas Denton. From the very beginning Mr. Denton was very helpful. He was able to determine what our needs were and show us vehicles that met those needs. He worked with us for several hours in a very non-aggresive, consultive selling manner. This was very refreshing as this is not the norm when shopping for a new vehicle. After testing driving two vehicles and looking at several others we chose to purchse the Dodge Avenger. The decision was made not only because the car met our needs but also because of the manner in which Mr. Denton worked with us. We would highly recommend that our family and friends return to Hall Chevrolet and purchase a vehicle from Nicklas Denton. We hope that Hall Chevrolet understands what a valuable asset Mr. Denton is to their dealership. More

Upon arrival we were greeted by a wonderful consultant named Levi Whitehead. He walked us around the lot showing us cars within our price range. While looking at some of the cars, we noticed a black Chevy Cavalier that just caught our eye. After consideration, we drove the car around and it was just the car we were looking for. Everyone at Hall Chevy Western Branch was friendly, courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, but make sure you work with Levi Whitehead! We bought a used 05 Suburban back in late September. I traded in a van and got the loan for my car paid off, keeping the car. The loan is showing up on my bank's web page and Carrie, told me that the money from my bank had been received about 2 weeks ago now. I feel like this dealership is trying to do good. But it just seems like it's missing some thing. We have been to this dealership several times and dropped off the vehicle 3 times. When we first got it the vehicle had not been cleaned. MAYBE somebody vacuumed in the front seats but they didn't bother with any thing else. There was still french fries, change, gunk in cup holders, fur, hair and what ever else from the previous owner. I understood when they told they don't prep vehicles until they are sold. I wouldn't want to lose money either. But when I complained and Richard told me he'd already paid $400 to have the vehicle cleaned 3 times . . . ? How am I supposed to reply to that? Why is this huge dealership being ripped off and paying $400 to NOT have my vehicle cleaned 3 times? I am frustrated. I would like to believe that this dealership is one I can come back to when it is time for another vehicle. I want to be able to have and enjoy that experience. I want to find people that will give me the no bull answer. I want to know when my vehicles will be paid off. I want to know straight answers. I want good customer service. I understand that we as consumers can not always be the biggest joy but we are the reason you are here. I do believe Richard, used car sales manager, is doing and going to do good things to help us out. It all just seems very time consuming. He has made sure a knocking noise in my steering was fixed, the pit in the windshield was fixed, holes in seats were fixed. Now we just have to get the DVD player working and the alignment redone. The alignment was fixed but then they worked the knocking issue and messed up the alignment. Thanks. More

I really wanted to purchase a vehicle. I met a great sales person who went above and beyond. He was personable. He brought me an offer. I countered but it was unacceptable. About a week later, I received a call from their Marketing Dept. I was assured I would be receiving a call regarding the offer I made on the truck. I waited for that call and never received any followup. I'm disapointed. More
Well being a military guy and getting transferred to a lot of different areas means that you usually get a vehicle that fits the area you are in. i came from a region where a vehicle needed to be heavy an lot of different areas means that you usually get a vehicle that fits the area you are in. i came from a region where a vehicle needed to be heavy and all wheel drive. when transferred down to here tho i needed a car. i walked in and they set me up right from the get go to get me into the car that would best suit me. Levi also didn't try to sell me to an idea right off the bat which is a huge plus for him. i had my eye set on a Malibu early on but wasn't do out of my lease until a later date. a little bit later he called me to see how things are going and just checking to see if i was still interested in the Malibu. Well a couple days later i read up about the Chevy cruze and knew that was the car i wanted. i came in and me and him reviewed all the paperwork from before and went too getting me into one. Well i got my cruze and am very pleased with it. not to mention that i became a celebrity for buying the first one in the hampton roads region. a few of the other dealers really wanted to take a look at it.( they barely had it a day )they are very friendly and great people to haggle with. I will recommend them to my military friends and also to my neighbors. Thank you Levi for getting me into my car. More
When I visited the dealership I was only browsing the lot, not really intending to buy. I had one vehicle in mind (another brand), and I knew I could not afford it at that time. The Equinox on display just outside the showroom caught my eye. Mr. Whitehead gave me a thorough rundown of it and I said I would think about it. He asked me to sit inside and then proceeded to take it on a test drive. I fell in love with it. If he had asked me if I wanted to test drive it I would not have, but he was anxious to show me all it had to offer. I love this vehicle far more than I think I would have liked the other brand, even if I could have afforded it. Even after the test drive Mr. Whitehead was so committed to being sure I thoroughly knew and understood everything about this vehicle. He was very pleasant and made the experience very enjoyable. I don't feel he is the kind of salesman that was a one day experience. Whenever I am at the dealership he waves and is so pleasant. I would recommend Levi and this dealership to anyone looking. More
