Dealer promised 4 new tires on a used car as part of the deal. On pickup the front two appeared new, the back two appeared new but the low profile of the car hid the inner tire wear of the rear tires. Asked deal. Discovered the lie after two months when tire air pressure warning light came on for the rear tire. Once tire was removed it was evident that the rear tires needed replacing as the wear bar was showing. The front tires truned out not to be new either since no warranty could be provided when requested. Contacted sales manager and general manager and they believe the salesman over us. Won't honor the deal since it was never put in writing. So much for trusting someones word. Reccomend another dealer but if you absoltuely have to deal with these people get it in writing! More

Even though Jerry was our salesman (and he was awesome) the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant car buying experience.
