Finally bought a 2011 Chevrolet camaro but after a day in and out of it I just couldn't really get comfortable driving it for long distances...normally you are out of luck after purchasing a vehicle...but wait they have a 7 day exchange policy if you are not completely satisfied. Went in talked to mike and Steve and they didn't bat an eye...swapped everything out for a new 2011 chevy silver ado. Fantastic service and great dealership. Thanks to everyone that helped me out. I went to this dealership based on prices advertised for Hall thru Autotrader.com. When I got to the dealership, the sales manager insisted that the "special offer" advertised through Autotrader applied to Hall thru Autotrader.com. When I got to the dealership, the sales manager insisted that the "special offer" advertised through Autotrader applied to another vehicle and that that vehicle was a basic model of the car I wanted, which had already been sold. They couldn't explain why the picture of the vehicle I was looking at (which was a higher model) appeared with the special offer, as did the picture of other vehicles which they offered on a special model. Moreover, while insisting that the advertised special offer price did not apply, the sales mnanager initially made absolutely no effort to try to make the situation right or work with us to negotiate the price of the car I was interested in, which had been used as a demo car and had over 4500 miles on it. I would never go here again for anything. Fortunately, we found another dealer close by where we had a wholly different, positive experience. I bought a new vehicle from that other dealership that same day with similar, if not more, options installed and without the demo mileage for about $2000 less than what Hall wanted as their bottom line for the demo car. The actual salesman that showed us the car was very pleasant and helpful, but the managers were intrusive and rude throughout the time we were there. It was so awful that, as much as I liked the vehicle, I had no reservations whatsoever about walking away from the table at this dealership. More
My husband and I went to Hall Chevrolet in Western Branch to see a couple of used cars I had seen on line. After we got there, parked and got out of our truck, Lamar Holloman approached us and asked if we ne to see a couple of used cars I had seen on line. After we got there, parked and got out of our truck, Lamar Holloman approached us and asked if we needed help looking for a vehicle. I said yes and he took us inside to his desk and explained to us that he needed some information before we went out on the lot to look at vehicles. After he had all my information, he asked me what I was looking for. I told him and he went through their inventory and told me what he had that I might be interested in. The cars I had seen on line were no longer available, but they had many to choose from that fit my requirements. I test drove 4 cars and decided on 1. As we were walking back to the building to fill out the paperwork, another salesman came over and asked Lamar for the keys to the Volkswagon I wanted. The other salesman had a couple that wanted to test drive the car I wanted to buy. I told Lamar we needed to get the paperwork done, so I could get it. He agreed, and we went inside and started the process. He filled in the paperwork, got my credit approved and I got the car I wanted! Unexpected surprises! As I was driving my new-to-me car off the lot, I tried to close the automatic window on the passenger side and it made a noise, but would not close. I drove right back to Hall Chevrolet and told Lamar what had happened. He got the manager and they looked at the window and told me they would have it fixed. It was 7:00 pm on Saturday and their service department was closed. The manager asked me if I needed a car to drive while mine was being repaired. I said yes and he gave me the keys to a brand new, 2011 Chevy Malibu with 100 miles on it. Lamar called me on Monday to inform me they had to order a part and it would be 3-4 days until they could have my car fixed and to enjoy the Malibu. Jason, the Used Car Sales Manager, called me on Thursday to tell me my car was repaired and ready to be picked up. (Lamar was off work this day.) I went to pick it up Thursday evening, and Ray Sims, the Business Manager, transferred my plates from my previous car to my new-to-me car and I was on my way. I highly recommend Lamar Holloman at Hall Chevrolet used cars in Western Branch. It was well worth the 20 minute drive from my house to do business with Lamar. My husband will be returning to purchase a used truck from Lamar Holloman in the future! The entire car buying process was very smooth and easy with Lamar!! More
Yvonne was fantastic. Not pushy but very helpful in assisting me in realizing that I could indeed drive away in a new car today. (well the 20th that is) I saw her a few months ago and we couldn't mak assisting me in realizing that I could indeed drive away in a new car today. (well the 20th that is) I saw her a few months ago and we couldn't make a deal, but she never gave up on me. She gave me room to think and decide and also gave herself time to put me in the perfect vehicle for me. For that I am most appreciative. I was looking at something completely out of my price range but she kept looking anyway. When she called me back one night I thought she had completely forgotten about me, but I went to her dealership again and we talked nitty gritty. I never thought I'd be happy in a car again, but she proved me wrong and I LOVE MY AVEO!! My only dissapointment was I was told it would be only 10-15 minutes to get into the finance manager, it was more line 1 hour or more. Then I requested that my due date be around the same time of the month starting in July, and it ended up being July 11th. But I hopefully will cope with that well and there won't be any problems. You have some saleswoman in Yvonne. I couldn't have asked for a better woman to help me in my search. I do hope some of this will get back to her to thank her for her help. More

We feel so badly that they put so much time into us for so long but are very appreciative of their persistence and patience. This time we actually bought a new car! We are very pleased with our 2011 Chevy Aveo and will continue to be repeat customers for years to come. They went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to help me find the exact car I was looking for. In addition they were up-front with their pricing, and with no haggling, matched or beat every other dealer not just in the region, but in the nation. I began my search for a car in mid-April looking for a very specific model of car. After initially ordering from another dealer, they discovered that the car was no longer being produced and could not fill my order. When they said they could not fill my order and tried to sell me on a different car, I told them I was not interested in another car and asked for a refund of my deposit. After that I sent out a message to several dealers in the area asking for one of them to go the extra mile to help find the car I was looking for. Hall's internet team answered the call and after finding that the factory would not budge on making one single more car, they went on a nationwide search to find the exact car I was looking for. A few times we would find a car and then the dealer would refuse to transfer it at the last moment, but Hall refused to quit and kept looking. In the end the only way I was able to get the car was by going through a different dealer, but Hall Chevrolet, and in particular Tracy Lego, deserves special recognition for the hard-work, and dedication they put in on this search. Whenever I have any car needs in the future, Hall Chevrolet will be the first and only place I go to. More
My Wife and I bought a 2007 GMC Envoy from AJ. The experience was great. AJ was honest from the get go and was one of the easiest people to deal with. I Called on SAT(4-30-2011) to schedule an appointment for an online vehicle, 2008 Chevrolet Silverado stock #14P2720, vin# 1GCEC19098Z263214. I explained to the young lady who scheduled the appointment for t an online vehicle, 2008 Chevrolet Silverado stock #14P2720, vin# 1GCEC19098Z263214. I explained to the young lady who scheduled the appointment for the next day(5-1-2011), that I would be taveling 3 HOURS to see and possibly purchase this vehicle. She took my name and phone number, just in case the vehicle was sold. After arriving at the Dealership everyone seemed not too interested in doing business, it took almost 15 min to get someone to assist with my appointment. Once I did get someone to help, he then passed me on to someone else, who wasn't too motivated to assist(I guess they were ready to go home). He informed me that the vehicle was sold the day before, but again he wasn't too eager to show a similar vehicle. At that point I was ready to go. My time was wasted all because of a very unprofessional staff and a MANAGER WHO COULD CARE LESS. A simple COURTESY CALL would have saved me TIME AND MONEY!!! AND HERE IT IS 2 DAYS LATER AND THAT SAME VEHICLE IS STILL POSTED ON AUTORADER FOR SALE........ More

Steve O was a great salesman and Mike Hill was extremely willing to make the car fit into our budget. The other staff members were very personable and willing to help in any way posssible! Once I decided on the car, the customer service continued to impress me. They were willing to work with me because I was on vacation in VA and had to have the car in 2 days. They helped in every way possible. I would highly recommend the sales department at Hall Chevrolet....I am leaving VA completely satisfied! More
