I made the appointment earlier the same day to replace a headlight. When I got there they weren't able to give me a cost estimate. Plus they were taking pictures from several angles of my car. I asked why they were doing that, and they said it protects them and me. I’m not sure why I needed that type of “protection” at a dealership. Anyway, I waited for awhile, and then they just gave me a rough estimate. The actual cost was about $20 more. So I paid $110.00 to have a front headlight replaced. I waited about two hours, and they didn’t wash my car. Plus, they took away the discounts and replaced it with a rewards point system. Yeah, I don’t think I’ll use them again if I can help it. I drive a Chevy and so does my husband. My mother-in-law worked for GM for almost 30 years. We’re pretty loyal to this brand, but I think I’ll look for another dealership. More
