She gave me room to think and decide and also gave herself time to put me in the perfect vehicle for me. For that I am most appreciative. I was looking at something completely out of my price range but she kept looking anyway. When she called me back one night I thought she had completely forgotten about me, but I went to her dealership again and we talked nitty gritty. I never thought I'd be happy in a car again, but she proved me wrong and I LOVE MY AVEO!! My only dissapointment was I was told it would be only 10-15 minutes to get into the finance manager, it was more line 1 hour or more. Then I requested that my due date be around the same time of the month starting in July, and it ended up being July 11th. But I hopefully will cope with that well and there won't be any problems. You have some saleswoman in Yvonne. I couldn't have asked for a better woman to help me in my search. I do hope some of this will get back to her to thank her for her help. More

In addition they were up-front with their pricing, and with no haggling, matched or beat every other dealer not just in the region, but in the nation. I began my search for a car in mid-April looking for a very specific model of car. After initially ordering from another dealer, they discovered that the car was no longer being produced and could not fill my order. When they said they could not fill my order and tried to sell me on a different car, I told them I was not interested in another car and asked for a refund of my deposit. After that I sent out a message to several dealers in the area asking for one of them to go the extra mile to help find the car I was looking for. Hall's internet team answered the call and after finding that the factory would not budge on making one single more car, they went on a nationwide search to find the exact car I was looking for. A few times we would find a car and then the dealer would refuse to transfer it at the last moment, but Hall refused to quit and kept looking. In the end the only way I was able to get the car was by going through a different dealer, but Hall Chevrolet, and in particular Tracy Lego, deserves special recognition for the hard-work, and dedication they put in on this search. Whenever I have any car needs in the future, Hall Chevrolet will be the first and only place I go to. More

I explained to the young lady who scheduled the appointment for the next day(5-1-2011), that I would be taveling 3 HOURS to see and possibly purchase this vehicle. She took my name and phone number, just in case the vehicle was sold. After arriving at the Dealership everyone seemed not too interested in doing business, it took almost 15 min to get someone to assist with my appointment. Once I did get someone to help, he then passed me on to someone else, who wasn't too motivated to assist(I guess they were ready to go home). He informed me that the vehicle was sold the day before, but again he wasn't too eager to show a similar vehicle. At that point I was ready to go. My time was wasted all because of a very unprofessional staff and a MANAGER WHO COULD CARE LESS. A simple COURTESY CALL would have saved me TIME AND MONEY!!! AND HERE IT IS 2 DAYS LATER AND THAT SAME VEHICLE IS STILL POSTED ON AUTORADER FOR SALE........ More

My daughter found the vehicle of her dreams a Chevy Equinox. She went to Hall Chevy in Western Branch and was allowed to purchase the car after a long song and dance on the worst credit options availab Equinox. Now that she has the car it has needed repair after repair. The car was dirty and never cleaned except for a 99cent car wash. When we try to get help from Svc Dept - we are told - it's not our problem. Give us $500 we will fix your new problem. The light has been on since purchase date and they have yet to help us. Oh yeah -we haven't even made it out of the 30 day warranty. We are a Chevy Family. if you want a Chevy though - go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! More

Internet price was very good for this 2010 Equinox. The financing rate was much better than what I got through my own bank. We came back on Monday to purchase, and were there about three hours just doing paperwork, and the car wasn't even there because the inventory manager had driven it home! We were there two more hours the next day doing more paperwork and financing. We are pleased with the price and the vehicle itself, as well as the personnel. When they showed me the financing options, they didn't tell me the payments were calculated with extended service agreement already built in; I was surprised when I got to the financing table. Also the internet add was incorrect on the features, and the salespeople didn't know what features were in the vehicle either. More
