I walked in not having much hope of getting a car because before I had went to another place and they looked at me like I was crazy when I told them my price range. He couldn't get us in the first car we wanted because our credit just wasn't high enough so right away they had another choice lined up. We went out looked at the car, test drove it, did the paper work, all of the paper work even though it was after closing he did what he could to get it done that night. The next morning I went and picked up the car. The best part of all, when i was leaving Hank got the whole place to come out clapping and congradulading me, really made me feel great. More

My recent "visit" to Hall Chevrolet, was to look through the used cars, since I had been wanting to trade in on a used car. Well....there it was...a black Nissan Altima, with all bells & whist look through the used cars, since I had been wanting to trade in on a used car. Well....there it was...a black Nissan Altima, with all bells & whistles with a price of $15,500.00 I owned a Nissan Rogue, SUV, which I had trouble with blind spots, terribly, and needed a smaller car. I walked in and immediately Hank Lockett was there asking how he could help me. Well...Hank worked endlessly with making me the deal of a lifetime. No, I decided against the 2007 Black Altima, but Hank, Mike Hill (General Sales Manager), did not stop there!!! They went through inventory, checked internet, call other dealers and YES found the car that I wanted, a moss green Altima 2.5 SL,with only 19,000 miles. They all worked very hard and digently to make this transaction work!!! Worked with me on my trade-in allowance and the cost of the Altima and guess what????? We all settled on a "swap-out" figure and everyone was happy. I've worked with other sales associates before, ofcourse, but Hank went way beyond what I would have expected. The whole HALL Chevrolet management, employees, and dealership gets a numeric score of "5" from me!! (5) being the greatest!!! Thanks to all for a great experience and yes, I will be back!! More

I am a person who read reviews before I go to a dealership because you never know what to expect or the games they will play when you enter the dealership. I came in to check out a 2005 Toyota Coro dealership because you never know what to expect or the games they will play when you enter the dealership. I came in to check out a 2005 Toyota Corolla S used and I was introduced to Hank Lockett from working with the online team to come in for a test drive of the Corolla. However; when Hank introduced himself to me and took over my file it was none stop professionalism and courtesy. He showed me everything that I qualified for besides the Corolla and with the help of the General Manager, Evan, I was introduced to the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic LT. At the time I was not thinking new, I knew my budget but I must say from the test drive to signing the papers, I have never came in contact with a dealership before that put you and your thoughts first and understood what I really was looking for and needed. Most of the time, your finance person is not that courteous but Ray was exceptionally professional as well. I must say that I was surprised and caught off guard with their actions. I have always previously bought Toyota and Nissan but I must say that Hall Chevrolet won me over in just one visit. I just want to "Thank” Hall Chevrolet, Hank Lockett, Evan Seltzer, Jason Kassman and Ray Sims for showing me the courtesy and professional that a woman seeks when they are out trying to purchase a car. I went to Hall Chevrolet this afternoon to test drive a 2006 H3 Hummer. While I was test driving it, They took my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to do an appraisal on it. I drove the Hummer, and liked it. Whe 2006 H3 Hummer. While I was test driving it, They took my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to do an appraisal on it. I drove the Hummer, and liked it. When we got back to the dealership, We started going over the numbers for the Hummer. The advertised price was about $3000 lower than the actual asking price. I guess you have to use THEIR Insurance company, to get the discount, and there were other things that weren't included. When the salesman came back with the appraisal on my jeep, he said "The service guy said your jeep is in pretty rough shape" (My Jeep is almost perfect. The usual door dings, and minor scratches, but otherwise, flawless) He said he had trouble closing the sunroof. When I went out to get in my jeep, I noticed that my sunroof was crooked. I called the sales guy back out to look at it. He called the guy that did the appraisal, and they told me that they hadn't done anything to the sunroof.... It worked before they messed with it.... They are un-willing to do anything to try and resolve this. I called my lawyer, and he told me that it is my word against theirs.... so now, I have to pay for repairing this.... xxx! Thanks Hall... I won't be doing business with you guys! More
