It was not to setup appointment and service was completed quickly a ride home was setup along with pickup. Bringing a vehicle in the night before for early bird service doesn’t help get your vehicle back any quicker than if you brought it in at 10:00 am for service. No return call after leaving a message for service doesn’t help get your vehicle back any quicker than if you brought it in at 10:00 am for service. No return call after leaving a message for a service advisor to find out when the vehicle would be ready. And when the vehicle was ready the service person calls the wrong number to notify someone (who knows who?) that it’s ready. He figures that out later and calls us 45 mins before closing for the night and we didn’t have time to pick up the vehicle before closing. So, we couldn’t get our vehicle back until the next day. This was not a repair or maintenance service on the vehicle. Perhaps more service advisors and mechanics need to be hired to serve your customers in a more timely manner. More

Several hours later the General Manager (Wendy Aston) called me and HARASSED me about the review. She was very angry and aggressive towards me. She stated “you did exactly what I asked you not to do”. Is that how you do business? You ask customers not to leave bad reviews? Harassment is zero tolerance. Do you agree Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake?
