The service here has dropped significantly in the last year. I came in for three thermostat changes requiring 10 hours of work. After having my vehicle for 2 full work days they sent it out without proper year. I came in for three thermostat changes requiring 10 hours of work. After having my vehicle for 2 full work days they sent it out without properly checking the pressurization in my coolant reservoir causing it to be dangerously low before being advised of a cross country drive involving a 10,000lb tow. Furthermore, the fan belt was squeaking so loudly after service that it was noticeable inside the vehicle over the radio. After addressing the concerns the vehicle was brought back to the dealership for another almost half day for correction and a new belt. Releasing a vehicle like this is unsat and frankly shameful. The time and money this has costs me due to an unplanned absence from work is infuriating and not evenly compensated by a “free belt replacement”. Do better!!!! Nancy on the other hand was patient, understanding and did everything in her power to make it right and as painless as possible. More

Sales team was no where near as interested in assisting me with a trade in as they were when I needed to be convinced to originally buy.
