My appointment was not in the computer when I arrived. Apparently booking on the app or the website does not sync with their system. I was advised to call to schedule. The first quote for oil change labor was 34. 99 which was reasonable. When I picked it up the labor showed 49.99. Luckily I had my 34.99 quote in writing. He said he’d change it “this time” bu 99 which was reasonable. When I picked it up the labor showed 49.99. Luckily I had my 34.99 quote in writing. He said he’d change it “this time” but a diesel labor is 49.99. The issue I have is if the labor is 34.99 for a gasoline 5.3 that holds 7 qts then why is my 3.0 Duramax 49.99 that holds the same 7 qts. The labor for 3.0 Duramax should be based on quarts used and not be lumped into a diesel oil change with a larger diesel on a 2500 for example that may hold 12 qts. I won’t be coming here for any work other than warranty work. The labor for a 3.0 needs to be adjusted to 34.99 since it takes the same labor hrs as a 5.3 or 6.2 gasoline. More
