I took my vehicle to this location for service and it was the worst decision I could have made. The customer service was horrible. The service director, Todd, is rude and unprofessional. I recently went in to purchase a vehicle with a buddy of mine last week. Dave Compton (salesman) and Zach (financial Manager) were the 2 people that we dealt with for over 3 1/2 hours. I asked specifically mine last week. Dave Compton (salesman) and Zach (financial Manager) were the 2 people that we dealt with for over 3 1/2 hours. I asked specifically to both of them about the 30 day warranty that we have after the purchase of a vehicle and they replied that they cover any issues within those 30 days after a vehicle is purchased. What do you know that not even a week later, the check engine light came on and we took it in to get it serviced. The kept it all day and said that 4 fuel injectors are bad and need to be ordered and replaced. The service department also stated that we're responsible for half of everything that's being charged to us even though I specifically asked if they cover all expenses before purchasing the vehicle. I'm so livid because I asked both of the people about the warranty and they straight out lied to us about it. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this dealership. One of the worse if not the worse experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Stay clear of David Compton as they will tell you anything to get you to buy anything from them. Don't say I didn't warn you. More
