READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE APPOINTMENT!!!!! Several days ago (August 2), my wife left a review of the service we received from Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake. Several hours later APPOINTMENT!!!!! Several days ago (August 2), my wife left a review of the service we received from Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake. Several hours later the General Manager (Wendy Aston) called me and HARASSED me about the review. She was very angry and aggressive towards me. She stated “you did exactly what I asked you not to do”. Is that how you do business? You ask customers not to leave bad reviews? Harassment is zero tolerance. Do you agree Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake? Ray the service technician was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me and told me he was already checking in a car and didn’t know why the other service tech told me to go to him. Darla unprofessional. He yelled at me and told me he was already checking in a car and didn’t know why the other service tech told me to go to him. Darla stepped right in and tried to help but by then he had already embarrassed me and made me angry and upset. He needs customer service training. He also needs to learn not to take his frustrations out on the customer. I did what I was told by the other technician and went to his counter. If I could give negative stars I would. More
