They had my vehicle for 3 months, made 4 attempts to repair it and charged over $3000. Just replaced parts until they guessed the part that was causing the vehicle to stall. I was disappointed when I went to pick up my car 3:30 pm and it was not ready I dropped it off on Friday night .Had a 9am appt Saturday. Today's visit was unprofessional. I have come here for several years now for my inspections on my vehicles and always have the mechanic Wes do my inspection. Today was no different, scheduled the appointm several years now for my inspections on my vehicles and always have the mechanic Wes do my inspection. Today was no different, scheduled the appointment, requested Wes, got there checked in, let Wes know I was there and he advised he didnt know about my inspection and was busy. I went back to my check in rep Darla and she did not have Wes with the vehicle as she didnt look on the paperwork. When I told her this is why i schedule my appointments and request him then and have done this for a few years now she proceeded to tell me I dont get a choice on who I pick to service my vehicle. This was very unprofessional to say to a customer and is incorrect. When i told her so and that if he cannot do my inspection she can bring my car back out. Darla then told me to calm down she would work it out so that we could get Wes to do my vehicle. Why are you allowing your employees to tell customers to calm down? I never even raised my voice at that point but this is uncalled for. After this another rep took my paperwork and handled my service with no apologies of any sort. Horrible customer service today. If this is how your service is being conducted I will reconsider bringing coming back for sure. On a good note my vehicle was able to be inspected with Wes overseeing it and the rest of my visit was uneventful. More
