Learn from my mistake and stay away from this dealership. I dropped my car off in Dec. 28, 2022 and was told that they are two months behind on service work. On August 2nd I had my vehicle towed to the dealership for some work that needed to be done. My car was running real nasty. Long story short my car was never fixed and as days went by and as my car stayed for some work that needed to be done. My car was running real nasty. Long story short my car was never fixed and as days went by and as my car stayed in the shop. It was very hard trying to get a hold of someone about the status on my car. Once I did get someone I spoke with Tracy who stated that she was the manager and who was very condescending, rude and unprofessional. She made it out like “oh well” that you have no other form of transportation and that I needed to just wait until my vehicle is ready for pickup. Also speaking with Mike on that Friday he said “well we moved your vehicle up because we know you don’t have any other transportation and everyone else does. There was no type of empathy or compassion from these people here. On Saturday the 5th I paid almost $700 to get my vehicle back and no work was done on it. That is simple ridiculous and I will NEVER come back to this place and I will make sure to pass the word along. The customer service is horrible. More
