Very upset with the state inspection and not being told my car was rejected for windshield wipers. I was recommended to change the wipers, but not told that it would cause rejection. Service agent recognized my license plate and called me by name as I entered the doorway!!! The service is ok and that's about it. The reception staff never seem to have a clue what is going on or really give off the vibe they care. I had to wait almost 2 months for my appointment for an inspection. I think they do this because I bought the car there so my inspections are free and they think I'll take it somewhere else. Yet, they take inspection. I think they do this because I bought the car there so my inspections are free and they think I'll take it somewhere else. Yet, they take walk ins for other services. And I was there an hour and a half. Inspections should take no longer than 45 minutes at most! More
The service department needs serious help. They always act so annoyed when you come in. I have had nothing but issues with my car and everytime I leave something is still wrong with it.
