Service was never started Had recommended warranty work after a state inspection. Part had to be ordered, so we scheduled a 0700 saturday appointment once the part aririved. Had recommended warranty work after a state inspection. Part had to be ordered, so we scheduled a 0700 saturday appointment once the part aririved. I got to the department at around 0700, and told Carlos that I would be waiting, but if I left I would tell him. He estimated to the work would take 4 hours, but since i was waiting he would try to get it completed. I ended up having my wife pick me up about 2 hours into the wait, and told Carlos I would wait for the call. At 1100 we ended up back at the dealership to just get an update. After 4 hours, the work had NOT even began. Now I get the same comments about how they know this isn’t good, but they are making changes and trying to do better. Because I couldn’t do without the car for the weekend, I have another appointment to try and get the work done. By far the worst service department with regards to scheduling service, and getting service done in an appropriate amount of time. More
Flooded car My car flooded so I took it to the service department. Instead of replacing my carpet/ seats they shampood them and put them right back in. Carlos in service On 2 occasions we have dealt with Carlos. First to diagnose a leak in our 2004 GMC Envoy (original owner). Quoted us $2000.00 to repair, of course w On 2 occasions we have dealt with Carlos. First to diagnose a leak in our 2004 GMC Envoy (original owner). Quoted us $2000.00 to repair, of course we declined. It cost us 440.00 to get our vehicle back but were not told of the total. Strike one, Second time our 2015 GMC Terrain was there for routine oil change and to check for leak in drivers side rear tire. (losing air slowly) Carlos informed me I needed to get a new tire because a nail was to close to the edge. I again declined, took to my regular mechanic and the tire was plugged for $15.80. I did not need a new tire! Does he work on commission or something? Very poor customer service More

Acadia Inspection The service center did a great job on taking care of my car. My car passed inspection and they fixed a couple of things that need to be repaired. I would have given you a five-star but you left dirty handprints on my dashboard. Next time please clean up after yourself. More
