So enjoyable! As a woman it is always anxiety inducing going into a service shop alone. This being my first car that I have bought from Southern as well as my first As a woman it is always anxiety inducing going into a service shop alone. This being my first car that I have bought from Southern as well as my first brand new car I can say I’ve had a bumpy 2 years with Southern. The service manager at Greenbrier was probably the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and the last time I had my car serviced at GMC (bc it’s on my side of town) I felt lost and forgotten. It’s probably why I’ve waited so long to get it serviced again ... Well needless to say that feeling is NO MORE! Carlos in your service department at GMC is probably the BEST person I have ever dealt with in the Southern brand. He walked me through EVERYTHING. Let me know right away when there was a delay and what was going on as it was happening. I had special circumstances with my vehicle and not once did he make me feel embarrassed or being used. The head mechanic was wonderful too, I am sorry I didn’t get his name. He made sure all issues were taken care of correctly before I drove off the lot. I will only stay within the Southern family as long as Carlos is there! More
Best dealership I've been too. Made an appointment so I could wait for the vehicle. In service on time and was completed ahead of time even with repair that came up.
