5K new vehicle service This is my 1st return for service following purchase of our new 2018 Enclave. Oil change and infotainment service While I had my Buick in for and oil change I asked my service adviser, Tammy, to look into a problem I was having with my infotainment system. She and the service department diagnosed the problem and had the part needed delivered the very next day and installed. Very pleased customer here. So far, so good! I have purchased two vehicles from Southern. The first was a Kia from the Greenbrier location and the second was a GMC from the Lynnhaven location. I have to say my experience with the Lynnhaven location has been a great one so far. Their sales team worked tirelessly to get me into a new truck when I needed one and the service team has been nothing but first class, especially when it has come to warranty and recall issues. More

I’m a Vet with s disability and it is most uncomfortable in the low cushion seats, and no I can’t hop Up on the bar stool chairs. I was not the only senior who had work done and they didn’t sit they walked around and went outside. Just remember seniors buy cars too. Remember seniors buy cars also. The Car repair was fine. More

When I challenged it, everyone blamed it on someone else, and it was promptly removed. The maintenance desk person told the clerk that they would make it up to the technician in future billing. Not sure what that meant, but it won’t be me who’s defrauded in future. Second, I was told the steering rack needed replacing ($2000). I got a second opinion from independent garage and they could find nothing wrong with the current rack. What they did find though, was low engine oil level which I found disconcerting because two days prior the GMC dealer had just changed the oil. Perhaps just oversight and honest mistakes, and the independent garage may have missed a problem. However, until there is evidence to support GMC’s claims, I will not be wasting my hard earned cash with haphazard and expensive maintenance procedures, and surprise pop-up charges. More
