Had a 9 AM oil change appointment. At 12, ask how much longer. Was told, my keys were lost. She went and found them and was told it would be 45 minutes. Left at 1:40PM. Ridiculous More

This is the most unprofessional poorly run service center I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their service center will place you on hold for 30 minutes then hang up on you numerous times. Never More
