Didn't Rotate Tires I came for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires. Said she forgot to tell them to do so. She then said that the tires were wo I came for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires. Said she forgot to tell them to do so. She then said that the tires were worn evenly, and that they could get them next time so I wouldn't have to wait. The thing is, the front tire corners get somewhat rounded and the rear tires wear flat across. I just don't want the front tires to get too far ahead of the rear. She said that tire rotation would be free of charge the next time. Also, I noticed greasy/dirty fingerprints and smudges on my chrome grill where they had opened the hood and on the chrome trim on the drivers door at the bottom of the window. You would think with a $60,000 truck that they would at least wipe their smudges off. I never got a receipt or summary of my visit. I'd like to see the mechanics checklist. More
