However, when I picked up my Yukon for a oil change in which they checked the tires, they had them at differe Your service writer Tammy was excellent. However, when I picked up my Yukon for a oil change in which they checked the tires, they had them at different PSI's, all lower then called for by GMC. The driver side door had grease marks form the techs and the seat had grease on it as well. When I brought these issues to Tammy, she immediately corrected them herself. Which I would consider over and above her duties. Thank you Tammy for making what could have been a problem a good experience. More
Problem not resolved My problem was not fixed. I am bringing it back on Tues. The issue was not diagnosed properly or fixed my concern is that the maintenance team is sug My problem was not fixed. The issue was not diagnosed properly or fixed my concern is that the maintenance team is suggesting that if the issue isn't resolved by the 22nd then it won't be covered by my warranty. It should absolutely be covered since the original issue was reported before that. The ticket should not be closed until it is fixed. Not closed because you completed what you thought was the issue. Work was done appropriately Basic oil change with tire rotation was needed as well as checking the rear AC. When i asked about a loaner because of work schedule and kids schedule, i was told they didnt have one. They only have 1 for the dealership. Thats an unacceptable reason. A large dealership should be able to accommodate thier clients with this simple need. More

Listen to the customer I had to bring my vehicle back in from N.C., because the fluids had not been topped off as identified during the latest oil change. The customer I had to bring my vehicle back in from N.C., because the fluids had not been topped off as identified during the latest oil change. The customer service representative wanted to have the technicians check for coolant leaks, even though I had already gone over the vehicle. She persisted in wanting to go look at the engine and explained she had been doing this for a while. I walked her through the coolant system and then she said "you know that a light will come on if the coolant is low". I explained to her that I have been working on vehicles for over 40 years and I'm very familiar with the warning signs of a coolant leak. I reiterated that this all started with me having to put a gallon of windshield washer fluid into the fluid reservoir 30 days after the oil service. The customer service representative then tells me that your going to use windshield washer fluid. I find it exceedingly hard to believe that I'm using a quart a week and there is no leak in the fluid reservoir. I made the appointment and identified the specific reason for why I was coming to the dealership from N.C. I took over three hours out of my day to come to the dealership and have the issue corrected. I do not expect someone with significantly less mechanical experience to talk to me like I have no knowledge about vehicles, or try to add on additional work to increase their commission. More
