I am sure for a salesperson we would be the hardest type of customer with which to close a sale. We were all over the map from compacts to luxury sedans and loved something about everything we drove. On our first day out we stopped in Southern Kia in Virginia Beach, just before closing. We were greeted by Ms. Bobbie Schemetti who was actually on her way home. Bobbie took the time to listen to what we thought we wanted and agreed to meet us the next day for test rides, despite the fact that she was working an event in Norfolk. Over the next week we test drove almost every Kia model and option package and even took 2 or 3 models home overnight for a longer look. Of course at the same time we were seriously considering two other brands. During each test drive Bobbie was listening and learning about our personalities and diligently scanning Southerns inventory for the car she knew my wife would love. Just as we were losing faith, a beautiful bright red Kia Soul with all the bells and whistles showed up on the lot and Bobby called. We brought the car home and loved everything about it but still we could not commit to a purchase. After another two days of searching and disappointment at two other dealerships, we showed back up at Southern Kia on Bobby's day off and announced we would buy a Kia that day. Bobbie showed up and spent the next four hours helping us settle on the right car and we drove away in that bright red Kia Soul. My wife is so happy with the car which we enjoyed on a long road trip a couple weeks later. While the vehicle is great, we would not have bought that car had it not been for the dedication to our satisfaction shown by Bobbie Schemetti and our confidence in the support staff and dealership. Great car buying experience I needed a new vehicle so I went to Southern Kia to look at the Kia Souls, in particular. Upon arriving I was greeted by Justin Brown, also know as " I needed a new vehicle so I went to Southern Kia to look at the Kia Souls, in particular. Upon arriving I was greeted by Justin Brown, also know as "Mr. Clean"; he was very personable, gave me the lay of the land and just let me look around at my leisure, all the while being nearby to answer questions that I had. I very much appreciated the freedom to look and not be "hard sold" while I was making decisions on what car would best fit me and my needs. The service from Justin was exceptional, he was knowledgeable, informative and non-high pressure on "the sell". I ended up with a very low mile (5000) used vehicle that had many more options than I had expected to purchase for the same price as a base model with virtually no options. Justin took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed; then came up with an alternative solution that was the right option for me. I love my Kia Soul!!! My husband was involved in an accident (not his fault) on the Friday before Memorial Day 2014, and pretty much totaled the one car we had. We decided to go around to various dealerships the next day, just to get a feel for what was out there as we had not bought a new car since late 2008/early 2009. I pretty much figured we would end up with a Hyundai, since that is what my husband likes the most, and with two totaled within the last few years, they have proven their safety record, at least with my family. I had been looking at the Soul for a couple of years. My husband used to travel for work and he'd had the opportunity to drive a couple of rental Souls, and he enjoyed them. After we pulled onto the Kia lot to take a look, Justin "Mr. Clean" came out and started talking to us about the various models and colors, and we went inside to get a brochure and price one out. After looking at the yum yum yellow one on the showroom floor, sitting in it, and hearing even more about it, we decided to take a test drive. I'm so glad they had a Fathom Blue color on the lot, although I really liked the yellow one, too! We took it out, and it handles really well on the road. We had test driven a Ford Escape, and while it was nice, the ride wasn't as smooth as the Soul. The Kia Soul has a really tight turning radius, which makes it a cinch to do U-turns like you have to do a lot here in Virginia Beach. After going back inside to see what kind of deal we could make, I told my husband that I wanted that Kia Soul right then and there. The manager came to within $500 of what we could spend, so we took it. There was no pressure to buy, and this car-buying experience was the best I've ever had, and my husband, too! Justin and Molly took good care of us, and within a few hours, I was driving home in my brand new 2014 Kia Soul! I highly recommend Southern Kia Lynnhaven, if you are in the market for a new car! Everyone is friendly, the price was right (for us, anyway), and I'm really happy with the decision my husband and I made in choosing a new Kia! More

I asked Justin exactly what I wanted (needed) in a new car and the following day I drove off with exactly that. I was also impressed that the vehicle was registered and tagged as if I had spent hours at the DMV. In brief, I would recommend anyone go see the friendly folks at Southern Lynnhaven Lincoln Kia. I told him I was interested in looking at the Sorento. We walked over to the new ones first I picked one I liked . I was very impressed that Mr. Frey never pressured me into getting a vehicle or rushing me. I had my 2 year old nephew with me he was so patient and sweet with him including taking time playing with him and not just trying to sell a vehicle and rush me out of the dealership. After trying his best to get me in the 2015 but it just wasn't in my budget. So I asked him if we could try the 2013 that was in the lot instead of me walking out to look at it he went and got the keys and pulled it up in front of the building for me to look at it. I loved the Kia Sorento he asked me if I wanted to test drive either vehicles and I told him no need as I am a previous owner of a Kia Sorento. We came back in the building and sat down to work on the price of the vehicle he worked so hard to make me happy. I have purchased 3 vehicles in my lifetime and have never received such excellent customer service and kindness as I have with Mr. Frey. It's been almost 2 weeks since I met Mr. Frey and everyday my nephew asks me "are we going to see Jason?" He not only has put an impact on me he has put an impact on my 2 yr old nephew.
