Service writer Tammy was excellent Your service writer Tammy was excellent. However, when I picked up my Yukon for a oil change in which they checked the tires, they had them at differe Your service writer Tammy was excellent. However, when I picked up my Yukon for a oil change in which they checked the tires, they had them at different PSI's, all lower then called for by GMC. The driver side door had grease marks form the techs and the seat had grease on it as well. When I brought these issues to Tammy, she immediately corrected them herself. Which I would consider over and above her duties. Thank you Tammy for making what could have been a problem a good experience. More

It should absolutely be covered since the original issue was reported before that. The ticket should not be closed until it is fixed. Not closed because you completed what you thought was the issue. When i asked about a loaner because of work schedule and kids schedule, i was told they didnt have one. They only have 1 for the dealership. Thats an unacceptable reason. A large dealership should be able to accommodate thier clients with this simple need. More
