Dropped vehicle off for state inspection. Alignment and fuel system clean was recommended. We approved both to be done. At the end of the day I was unable to get ahold of anyone to find out i Alignment and fuel system clean was recommended. We approved both to be done. At the end of the day I was unable to get ahold of anyone to find out if vehicle was done. Finally got someone only to find out recommended (and approved) work was not done. Now another day without vehicle. Very poor communication this visit - which was not the norm in the past. I hope the future is a positive one More
