Customer service is at low and they are not friendly and don’t explain or elaborate on the problem with your vehicle. I had to take my car back twice for the same problem. I would give them more stars but there were not only communication issues on their end but spelling as well. I made the appointment for my husband’s truck to have the recall work taken care of before ou communication issues on their end but spelling as well. I made the appointment for my husband’s truck to have the recall work taken care of before our son was born with Becky. Dropped it off 3/25 to be worked on starting 3/26. When I made the appointment, I spelled our last name out even with military spelling; Dedo: delta echo delta Oscar. My husband called 3/27 to get an update on the truck since we rented a vehicle. It took more phone calls to even get an answer on FRIDAY 3/29. When we got the truck, the paperwork had our last name misspelled, Devo; and said they notified us of completion 3/27, which is clearly a lie; the technician never called me until 3/29. Not to mention we are still getting letters in the mail about the recall that they did the work on, so that was never updated either, but I’m sure I can find a mechanic to update it for us since everything else was a hassle. More
Service dept sucks , never calls back anyone. Vehicle has been there sense 3/20 and they thought they fixed it drove vehicle down road and still same issue. They don’t even test drive vehicles.
