Horrible communication. Never received any call backs. It took 5 weeks to fix the car and I never received any updates during that time. When I picked up the car there Never received any call backs. I'll probably sell the car just so I never have to deal with a Kia dealer again. More
My experience was fine minus having to wait 3 months for an appointment. The wait caused damage to the part that needed replacing and it became a problem with the warranty. Service advisors are always new, can’t create relationship with service department. Advisors are rude, not professional in their interactions with customers. Seem to rely on mechanics to do th relationship with service department. Advisors are rude, not professional in their interactions with customers. Seem to rely on mechanics to do their jobs. Setting job times and cost. Absolutely no follow through concerning on going problems. Miss lead customers. This sounds harsh but these are my observations over the past five years of interactions with the service department. More

The young lady who served me was very kind overall! I just think the overall process of scheduling is garbage! It should not take 2 -3 months to schedule repairs that took less than 1 hour to do! Not to mention this is the 2nd oil change I received from southern and they didn’t top off the other fluids! Then I asked about my 5-1 warranty and it wasn’t in the system so I asked if the young lady could call or email the other store about it and she told me I had to do it myself! I’m like ok then what? I’m not a big complainer I just like to see things done right and this is process feels wrong! I’ll keep my warranties with me til they expire so we won’t have that trouble in the future! Hope this helps! I’m not mad just annoyed I have too do a little extra on my end to make sure the service dept does the job right! Not very comforting!! More
