Had my car towed in Thursday to the nearest dealership (over 80 miles away) and had a service appointment scheduled for Friday. Ji was very disappointed in the service it took to get an oil change, wiper blade replappppcement, engine filter replacement and tire rotation. Came in for an Oil change done within a reasonable amount of time less than two hours. Service dept lady that checked my car in friendly. Girl working the check out desk, extremely unprofessional. And talking about getting eyebrows waxed, etc. When I went to check out the service rep needed to make changes to my receipt, and asked the checkout lady if she could (which is the checkout lady’s job) gave the service lady attitude that she was too busy. Well maybe if she had actually been doing her job the entire time instead of unprofessionally arguing and on speaker for everyone to hear. She wouldn’t have to be unprofessional representing Buick and the staff. Unfortunate there are only 2 choices of Buick dealerships in the area, and the Va BCH location worse. This location is under construction, but waiting area is dirty and unkept. More
