Brought my car in for 2 recalls. My car had no issues. Left out of the lot with my car trembling when I go past 40mph and check engine light on. When I went right back to the service My car had no issues. Left out of the lot with my car trembling when I go past 40mph and check engine light on. When I went right back to the service dealership they advised me that it’s my spark plugs. I was charged $351. 10. I am extremely disappointed. I believe the mistake or mishap was on their side. But they advised me that it was just a coincidence but spark plugs go out at any time. I would love to talk to a manager or corporate about this issue. More

The inspecter take to long to do a simple inspection which should take no more than 30 to 45 minute not 3hr to just wait for return in completion that is stealing from the company .
