No Communication or updates from your advisor. Mechanic work is not complete upon bringing the vehicle home. Had to bring vehicle back to clamp hoses, do the oil change, fill up coolant. I was never contacted to let me know the status of my vehicle. I had to arrive at 3pm after the appointment was set for 9:20am just to be told the guy over my account has left and approval was needed bef vehicle. I always receive respectful service when bringing my car in for its regular maintenance. I choose to wait, rather than come pick it up later, and it can sometimes be a lengthy wait, but most times work is d in for its regular maintenance. Several employees went above and beyond to solve my problem. I made a Saturday appointment only to find out there was no record of the appointment and the service for an engine warning light is not do problem. The manager offered to check out the cause and in the end they made the repair and within my 4 hour time frame. I don't know all their.names but the manager, Jacob, Tom, and the technician deserve recognition. My gratitude to all. More
