Went in for an oil change and state inspection. They wanted to charge @$800 for a set of brakes and 2 tires. When I said that I can get it done for much less and will bring it back for a re-inspect They wanted to charge @$800 for a set of brakes and 2 tires. On top of that, they said they couldn’t fit me in for a re-inspection for over a month! Now I will have to take my vehicle somewhere else to be re-inspected. More

I’ve been waiting for recall parts for a year and a half, , never had any updates. I contacted the recall center directly and they scheduled me in to this dealership to get the problem resolved. When I went , never had any updates. I contacted the recall center directly and they scheduled me in to this dealership to get the problem resolved. When I went to the dealership, they said that they didn’t have the parts and that I needed an appointment just to order the parts. They ordered the parts and said that they would call me when they come in which should be the following week. That was a month ago, no call, no update. They also told me that they had no record of me being at this dealership previously but I did have work done there before.. I would not recommend this dealership unless you just wanted to use the bathroom or vending machines. More

Stephen Dodson, was amazing he fixed my problem all by himself, I had an appointment and before I even went in he asked for my key and took it upon himself to troubleshoot my car, and he fixed it in less himself, I had an appointment and before I even went in he asked for my key and took it upon himself to troubleshoot my car, and he fixed it in less than 30 mins. My first visit was good. The only problem I had was when the service man had to revise my work order before checking out. I caught it and went back out to the trailer and brought it to his attention but he really wasn't too concern about it. The check out process went well. The lead cashier was totally awesome she made me felt right at home. I'd asked her several questions and she provided me with vital information. I'm looking forward to doing business with Southern Buick. More
