The Southern Kia Greenbrier Service Dept repaired my Kia last week. It is extremely hard to communicate with the service advisors. I also did not receive a written estimate before the work was performed, on last week. It is extremely hard to communicate with the service advisors. I also did not receive a written estimate before the work was performed, only a preliminary total dollar amount, with taxes and shop charges to be added. I also did not receive the final total amount due when I got a call that the cat was ready. When I came in to pick up my repaired car, I learned that the dealership adds a surcharge if you pay by credit card. I could have stopped to get a cashier's check to save myself over 3% on the expensive repairs my car required. I bought my Kia at this dealership, and I expect to buy my next Kia there, but it is becoming harder to deal with the Service Dept because the phones are forwarded to "schedulers" who cannot communicate one-on-one with the service advisors. So when I miss a call from my service advisor, I pretty much don't have a chance to get answers to my questions. I hope that they hire more service advisors. I know it's a hectic job keeping up with so many customers, and I appreciate them. More

Scheduled an appointment for inspection and oil change. Dropped off day ahead for 7:30am appointment. Called to check status at 10:30am and unable to reach anyone (per usual). At noon vehicle was still not complete and they told me it would be done in an hour. Waited an hour and checked in again and service was still not completed with zero indication of when it would be completed. Did not have way home so had to take vehicle with service having not been completed. Zero point in having an appointment scheduled if vehicle is not taken in at that time for the service requested. Horrible service department scheduling service since purchase of vehicle new from this dealership. Will never purchase a vehicle from here again simply because of the service department. More
Service center did a great job in troubleshooting my issue, obtaining the part, installation and applying my warranty coverage. Truly happy. Antwan was fantastic!!!
