I was told when buying my vehicle, they would do Saturday appointments and if it was something more than an oil change, would have to work with them, as their were limited appointments on Saturday. I have had an appointment for just an oil change, 3 hrs later, thinking why have an appointment. My last appointment was for the 30,000K maintenance check up, four hours later, left with just an oil change. I had asked for someone to look at my front camera for the lens was cracked, but the rest of the system was fine. In that four hours, the told me the front lens would need to be replaced and the rest of the system was fine. I took off an entire day from work to be told what I already knew and an oil change. Now I have to spend more time (my time) to sit at the dealership, for them to actually do the 30,000K maintenance check up. I got an sorry for the inconvenience. Everyone's time is valuable and spending 3 to 4 hours for an oil change is a bit much and so disappointing. More
Service is very good. Problem is scheduling service on line does not make it to the actual service appointment. They worked me in and again service was great but it took all day for an oil change and tire rotation because of the on line scheduling. Even the advisor said I need to call to make sure of the appointment. Make sure the systems are linked or get rid of the on line appointment option to save confusion and time of the customer More

I had been here for 7 previous oil changes with no charge. With no warning, no quote, no question as to what kind of oil change I was surprised when I checked out to have to pay nearly $90.
