I'm frustrated because the guy who was serving me tried to accuse me of not being a Southern hospitality customer. He replied will give you service today but we can't give you the discount next time. Later we a tally looked for proof I even showed lold papers from service then they finally found my document and he did not say he was sorry for accusing me of not being a member. Every time I bring my vehicle there, my property is either damaged or stolen and nothing is ever done about it. This time is was my key fob. Had a 7 AM appointment for radiator fluid change, tire rotation and state inspection. Work was done in a timely manner and done right.
