The service Manager, Joe is completely untrustworthy, and a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorre a straight up LIAR! After speaking with his associates, Dan and Antwan, letting us know that the department did NOT even know our vehicle was incorrect logged, and that they had filed the paperwork incorrectly, this guy Joe proceeds to tell us that after a month with the vehicle everything is as planned. Joe specifically should NOT be in this position. Do Not trust or use Southern Gmc of Greenbrier to service your vehicle. Additionally, because of the new Owners mismanagement, it only gets worse.
