CUSTOMERS BEWARE! The service at this Dealership is HORRIBLE! I took my 2019 GMC truck there on October 21st because I was having transmission concerns. The service re The service at this Dealership is HORRIBLE! I took my 2019 GMC truck there on October 21st because I was having transmission concerns. The service representative kept stringing me along saying that my car is still waiting to be diagnosed because they had a few technicians leave. Long story short…it has taken the Dealership 5 WEEKS just to diagnose my truck. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!. I had to go to the Dealership yesterday to talk the service rep because they DON’T answer the phone or call you back. The rep told me that GMC doesn't have any transmissions and they don’t know when one would be available. It may be 4 to 8 weeks before one comes in. Now I have to pay $4000 for them to order a transmission that may not be here for two months. In the meantime, I will have made three truck payments and not had any use of my vehicle. If this had been diagnosed in the first week, mind you I had an appointment, not a walk-in, then I would be looking at getting my truck in the next week or two instead of January 2025 . A 4 1/2-year-old transmission should not give out in the first place! I have been a longtime customer and GMC owner. The treatment that I have received at this dealership is appalling. More
I always take my Buick to Greenbrier for repairs. Although they are backed up these days. They ended up getting to my car sooner than expected originally. Horrible service. Have an engine light on and fan or belt making loud noise. Took 10 days to get an appointment. Left the vehicle the day of appointment (Friday). Went back Monday evening Just before closing, and not only did they NOT look at the vehicle, it also needed an oil change and that wasn’t done either. I do not have the extra time to leave my vehicle for another 4 days. Since this dealership changed ownership, the service department has gone straight downhill . Would not recommend the headache or the expense. More
