My review is based entirely on Greenbrier GMC Service Department. My assigned advisor was Antwan whom I never received one phone call from. Service being conducted was State Inspection, Oil change, disab Department. My assigned advisor was Antwan whom I never received one phone call from. Service being conducted was State Inspection, Oil change, disable auto rear view mirrors, and troubleshoot malfunctioning rear video camera. It didn't bother me so much that my car was held 3 days past its original service date. What frustrated me was the absolute lack of communication regarding my calls for status updates. I even drove into the service department on Saturday to speak with Jacob and he didn't know what the status was. Told me he would call me once he spoke to his mechanic?! Isn't he supposed to be a service advisor like Antwan? I'm a rational person yet this shows me that advisors are sleeping on the job and don't care to keep the customer informed when work is taking longer than expected. Oh, and taking it home I discovered a nail hole present in the rear passenger tire. Your service department passed me for a state inspection and charged me for rotating my tires. How in the world did they not see the hole or attempt to place air in the tires? I took my car to Firestone to remedy this with four new tires. I wasn't interested in another experience with zero communication. More

Possibly my worst experience I was told a one hour wait for service 2 1/2 hours later, they were done I bought a maintenance plan. They didn’t enter the Info. I received a call and they asked for more mo for service 2 1/2 hours later, they were done I bought a maintenance plan. They didn’t enter the Info. I received a call and they asked for more money after I already paid for the service because of the inefficiency and follow through with the staff. They refuse to accept my maintenance plan.
