I took my 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD to Southern for an oil change due to Priority converting to an appt only system. I've purchased 2 trucks from this dealership in the past prior to it becoming Southern oil change due to Priority converting to an appt only system. My service writer Jacob Fox was very professional and directed me to the temporary customer lounge in the KIA Building where I noticed several chairs..the only complaint is Where are the coffee tables so customers have a place to put their cups etc. ??
