I never received a survey invite form my appt prior to this one. I had a horrible experience with Rebecca. She lied about my vehicle, my car key was deprogrammed for my car and she tried to make me pay fo this one. I had a horrible experience with Rebecca. She lied about my vehicle, my car key was deprogrammed for my car and she tried to make me pay for a new one. Unacceptable. She also did not follow through with the reason as to why my vehicle was there and almost sent me out without the requested service being done. She stated that the part was not there, when in fact it was. She was dishonest about the entire transaction. She ignored my calls for 2 hours after lying about my car key being deprogrammed (my vehicle was not brought there for anything related to a key). I had to drive another vehicle to the dealership and speak to the manager in order to get my situation resolved. She said there were identical cars being worked on and that’s how my car service was done mistakenly. Once I got there, I found out that she lied about that too. The car that my vehicle was mixed up with was a white Kia forte and I drove a grey Kia telluride. I no longer trust this dealership, the staff, and I certainly do not trust her. I would love for someone to call me to speak about this matter. My last appointment with Sean went smooth. More
Provides good service in a timely manner on vehicle repair. Service writers provide excellent cumunication on repair status. They were supposed to have my car for one night. I never received a call from them so I called them three days later and they said it was ready. When I got there, I had to go.Find my own vehicle thre I never received a call from them so I called them three days later and they said it was ready. When I got there, I had to go.Find my own vehicle three lots over. And then it had dirt and grease on outside of truck where they replaced my grill on both sides and inside on my leather also. Not happy with service at all. More
