You garage is the worst, you make appointment to see someone to make the real appointment. Even then we were told we didn't have one until a pulled my phone ans proved it. I don't trust your company. Need to have the oil filters in stock, instead of having to order the oil filter and have a customer wait. Second time I have used the dealer and have had to take the plastic and floor mat cover to the tras to order the oil filter and have a customer wait. Second time I have used the dealer and have had to take the plastic and floor mat cover to the trash along with the customer tag from the rear view mirror. Remove the skid plate from the truck and change the oil, or clean it off after oil change when I bring it home I have oil drip all over the drive way due to oil puddles on the skid plate because it wasent removed. I’m annoyed I had to schedule an appointment that took less than an hour for someone to look at my car for parts to be ordered and have to reschedule an for actual repairs when one of the issues was a rec less than an hour for someone to look at my car for parts to be ordered and have to reschedule an for actual repairs when one of the issues was a recall and I was told would be fixed on day of appointment. I have a 4 star because after having the appointment my part had to be ordered so I sat there for maybe 45min - hour. But it was good of Dr ice man to let me know instead of waiting all day!
