Service staff are non-communicative to the point of needing to travel to the dealership in person to get an update on your vehicle. I tried to call multiple times on multiple days and sat on hold becau needing to travel to the dealership in person to get an update on your vehicle. I tried to call multiple times on multiple days and sat on hold because no one in the service department was answering the phone. When I was given an update”update,” it was uninformative. My vehicle is only four months old and was taken in for an electrical issue. I will not buy another GMC in the future and will not come back to this dealer for service. More
