Service department Have had all oil change done here for past 4.5 years. Always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Only issue is one and half hours to do this. A Really Positive Experience Kris is a wonderful service coordinator and explained everything to me before I left for the waiting room. She also listened to everything I said and Kris is a wonderful service coordinator and explained everything to me before I left for the waiting room. She also listened to everything I said and answered my questions. Kris was my coordinator the last time, too, and she is a very friendly, warm, and knowledgeable worker. Josh Leggee went above and beyond when i took my car for a bearing replacement, ordering the part, scheduling my service, advising me how long it would take. I even told him about the poor experience i had a bearing replacement, ordering the part, scheduling my service, advising me how long it would take. I even told him about the poor experience i had with the wiper replacement on my wife's car and how i was charged for a blade insert replacement that didn't work, Josh ordered the part, informed his manager had the part placed on my wife's car free of charge (and it works perfect). All other Honda dealers I’ve found in Orlando and even space coast will do oil changes for $30, y’all charge double and don’t even wash the car. Everytime I go I wait for hours for a simple oil change and when first arriving I’ve never been greeted and have to wait long amounts of time before even a single person acknowledges me there. Honestly this is one of the worst service departments I’ve been to in a while. Not only are your prices absolutely outrageous but the customer service is lacking in almost all areas. My service girl was nice though this review is not regarding her. More
